超导线接头是研制各种用途的超导磁体的关键技术之一。要评价一个超导接头的优劣,必须测量其电磁性能及机械性能。本文介绍了其零场电阻,临界电流密度及机械强度性能的测量原理和方法,并给出了测量结果。 使用双霍耳探头,利用衰减法可以测量超导接头电阻到10~(-13)Ω以下,其临界电流密度及机械强度均满足制作各种超导磁体的需要。
Superconducting wire joints are one of the key technologies for developing superconducting magnets for various applications. To evaluate the pros and cons of a superconducting joint, its electromagnetic and mechanical properties must be measured. This paper introduces the zero-field resistance, the critical current density and mechanical strength of the measuring principle and method, and gives the measurement results. Using double Hall probe, the decay method can measure the resistance of the superconducting joint below 10 ~ (-13) Ω, and its critical current density and mechanical strength meet the need of making various superconducting magnets.
