目的 :研究四物汤及各单味药对粒系 -巨系造血祖细胞集落 (CFU - GM)的影响 ,更近于真实地反映药物在体内作用的实际情况 ,以进一步探讨四物汤补血作用的配伍机制。方法 :采用血清药理学体外实验法。结果 :四物汤能明显促进造血祖细胞的增殖 ,单味药当归的作用最强 ,单味药熟地黄、川芎的作用也较正常对照组有增强趋势 ,而单味药白芍对 CFU - GM的增殖似无作用。几种受试药的作用强弱顺序可排列如下 :当归 >四物汤 >川芎 >熟地黄 >白芍。结论 :上述结果提示在促进 CFU - GM的增殖方面 ,四物汤的生血补血作用源于当归 ,川芎与熟地黄似有一定的协同作用 ,而白芍不表现协同作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Siwu Decoction and each single herb on the granulocyte-macrohematopoietic progenitor cell colony (CFU-GM), and to more closely reflect the actual situation of the drug’s action in vivo to further explore Siwutang blood The compatibility mechanism of the role. Methods: Serum pharmacology in vitro experiments were used. Results: Siwu decoction can obviously promote the proliferation of hematopoietic progenitor cells. The effect of single herb Angelica sinensis was the strongest, and the effects of single herb Rehmannia glutinosa, Rhizoma Chuanxiong were also enhanced compared with the normal control group, while the single herb Astragalus membranaceus was CFU- The proliferation of GM seems to have no effect. The order of the effects of several tested drugs can be ranked as follows: Angelica > Siwu Decoction> Chuanxiong> Rehmannia Root> White Peony. Conclusion: The above results suggest that the effect of blood-boosting of Siwu Tang on the proliferation of CFU-GM originates from Angelica sinensis. Chuanxiong and Rehmannia glutinosa appear to have a certain synergistic effect, while Baiji Decoction does not show a synergistic effect.
