通信网络对于控制系统的性能有着至关重要的影响,针对LED节能灯生产现场,介绍了基于EtherNet/IP和ControlNet两层通信网络构架的监控系统,其中信息层采用工业以太网(EtherNet/IP)、控制层采用ControlNet现场总线,整体网络使用通用工业协议和生产者/消费者(Produce/Consumer)的通信模式,极大的提高了网络带宽,使其监控系统更加有效地传输数据信息。详细阐述了通信网络的结构、网络的硬件构成、网络组态过程、软件的编程设置等。实际投产应用表明,该通信网络有效地提高了监控系统的安全性、稳定性、快速性,具有一定的实用价值。
The communication network plays an important role in controlling the performance of the control system. According to the LED energy-saving lamp production site, a monitoring system based on EtherNet / IP and ControlNet two-layer communication network architecture is introduced.
