目的:探讨不同低剂量螺旋计算机断层扫描(CT)诊断泌尿系统结石的临床效果。方法:选取2013年12月至2015年12月本院收治的经CT尿路造影确诊的泌尿系统结石患者73例,其中给予标准剂量螺旋CT扫描的28例患者作为对照组,给予低剂量螺旋CT扫描的45例患者作为观察组,观察组按患者体质量指数不同分为A、B、C 3组,分别给予50 m A、80 m A、120 m A低剂量螺旋CT扫描,对比各组辐射剂量、上尿路不同部位图像效果。结果:观察组剂量长度乘积(DLP)和CT窖剂量指数(CTDlvol)低于对照组(P<0.05);B组DLP和CTDlvol低于C组(P<0.05);各组上尿路不同部位图像效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:根据患者体质量指数选择不同低剂量螺旋CT尿路造影可明显降低辐射剂量,对于上尿路结构诊断具有重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of different low-dose spiral computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis of urinary calculi. Methods: Totally 73 patients with urolithiasis diagnosed by CT urography from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected. Twenty-eight patients undergoing standard-dose spiral CT scan as control group were given low-dose spiral CT The 45 patients screened by the observation group were divided into A, B and C groups according to their body mass index. The patients were given low dose spiral CT scan of 50 m A, 80 m A and 120 m A, respectively. Dose, different parts of the upper urinary tract image effects. Results: The DLP and CTDlvol of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The DLP and CTDlvol in the B group were lower than those in the C group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the image effects (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Choosing different low-dose spiral CT urography based on patient body mass index can significantly reduce the radiation dose, which plays an important role in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract structure.
