目的研究怀山药内生真菌厚孢镰刀菌Fusarium chlamydosporum的次生代谢产物。方法利用硅胶、凝胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从厚孢镰刀菌的甲醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为过氧麦角甾醇(1)、麦角甾-4,22-二烯-3-酮(2)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(3)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(4)、烟酸(5)、琥珀酸(6)、戊二酸(7)和Nb-乙酰基色胺(8)。结论所有化合物均为厚孢镰刀菌中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the secondary metabolites of Fusarium chlamydosporum, an endophytic fungus of Pleurotus ostreatus. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and gel. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Fusarium culmorum and identified as ergosterol (1), ergosta-4,22-dien-3-one (3), diisobutyl phthalate (4), nicotinic acid (5), succinic acid (6), glutaric acid (7) and Nb- acetyltryptamine (8). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from Fusarium solani for the first time.
