我国建筑科技人员根据灌注桩施工的基本情况,提出桩端后高压注浆灌注桩技术,用来预防和处理灌注桩承载力不足、断桩和碎裂等问题。桩端后高压注浆灌注桩技术可以大幅度提高灌注桩的承载力,并对灌注桩的性能有所提高,是近期灌注桩后期处理的主要技术。本文在简述桩端后高压注浆灌注桩技术的前提下,对桩端后高压注浆灌注桩施工中技术设计、高压注浆制备、高压注浆管道安装和高压注浆等几个环节进行了技术上的分析,提出桩端后高压注浆灌注桩施工的技术要点。
