C618(包括C6136A)车床的刀架原结构比较陈旧,不能适应现在要求,其原因是:(1)手柄头直径偏小,压紧力不够,切削负荷大时,方刀架产生走动,崩坏刀刃和碰坏工作表面;(2)方刀架压紧和松开时,因方刀架和手柄不能联动,需要一手拨手柄另一手拨动方刀架体,才能使刀具换位,操作者很劳累,也影响生产效率。为了克服上述缺点,笔者对原方刀架结构进行了如图所示的改进,经操作者使用,很受欢迎。刀架改进部位如图中粗黑线部份所示,结构简单,改制方便,能起到立杆见影的效果。结构的改进是将手柄头6直径加大为70mm,使刀架夹紧力增大了三分之一,超负荷时,压紧稳定可靠。方刀架松开时,可拨动手柄7,使逆时钟方向旋转,为
