心阻抗血流图,简称心阻抗图。是以生物电阻抗技术作为无创伤性观察生物组织中血液容积变化的一项医学与电子学相结合的新学科,是生物医学工程领域中一个重要方面,亦是近年来发展起来的一种评价心脏血液动力学状态的新方法。尽管临床应用时间不长,有些理论和实际问题有待阐明,但因设备简单,安全,无创伤,故深受人们重视,应用也日趋广泛。电导纳容积图,简称导纳图。是在阻抗图基础上发展起来的,近几年才应用于临床。由日本小笠原康夫等研制成的恒压式导纳图仪,运用导纳求积法计算心输出量。因不需计基础阻抗,其数值较阻抗法要精确,误差要小,是一项颇有发展前途的新技术。
