社会主义市场经济体制下,医院面临着新的问题及挑战,促使医院领导必须改变过去的管理模式,而由计划经济时期的管理型向社会主义市场经济下的经营管理型转变。 首先要改变传统计划经济体制下单纯依靠和等待指令性投入的观念,改变那种不重效益,不顾需求的变化,盲目扩大规模和追求数量增长的事业发展思路。医院领导在解决新形势下医院面临的新问题时,应以医疗服务需求为向导,采用宏观调控,微观搞活的经营管理方式。
Under the socialist market economic system, hospitals are faced with new problems and challenges, prompting hospital leaders to change their past management models, and shift from the management of the planned economy period to the management and management of the socialist market economy.
