体育场地是体育课活动开展的基础条件,是师生从事体育锻炼,进行体育活动的场所。体育器械是学校开展体育活动最基本的物质条件,它一旦出现问题,就会影响体育课程的顺利开展和完成。所以,为了保证体育教学活动的顺利展开,为了延长体育器材的利用率,就必须对学校体育场地和器材进行科学的管理,这是每一位从事体育教学活动工作者的基本职责和义务。
