目的:探讨扶正消瘤汤是否影响原发性肝癌患者的免疫功能。方法:用扶正消瘤汤治疗原发性肝癌患者38例为治疗组,并以30例健康人为对照组,检测两组治疗前后外周血LAK细胞和NK细胞活性,测量血清IL-2、TNF和淋巴细胞转化率。结果:治疗组患者外周血LAK细胞和NK细胞活性治疗后明显提高,IL-2、TNF含量和淋巴细胞转换率明显增加;而正常对照组患者各指标治疗前后无明显改变。结论:扶正消瘤汤能提高原发性肝癌患者的免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate whether Fuzheng Xiaoyu Decoction affects the immune function of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods: Thirty-eight patients with primary liver cancer treated by Fuzheng Xiaoyu decoction were treated with FuZhengXiaoliu Decoction and 30 healthy people as control group. The activity of LAK cells and NK cells in peripheral blood were measured before and after treatment. The levels of IL-2, TNF, Lymphocyte conversion rate. Results: The activity of LAK cells and NK cells in the peripheral blood of patients in the treatment group were significantly increased after treatment, the content of IL-2 and TNF and the conversion rate of lymphocytes were significantly increased, while those in the normal control group showed no significant changes before and after treatment. Conclusion: Fuzheng Xiaoyu Decoction can improve the immune function of patients with primary liver cancer.
