目的:系统研究卵叶远志Polygala sibirica地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法进行分离,利用波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离、鉴定了10个化合物,其中6个为酮类化合物,分别为6-羟基-1,2,3,7-四甲氧基酮(1);1,2,3,6,7-五甲氧基酮(2);1,7-二羟基-2,3-亚甲二氧基酮(3);1,7-二羟基-2,3-二甲氧基酮(4);1,3,7-三羟基-2-甲氧基酮(5);1,6,7-三羟基-2,3-二甲氧基酮(6)。此外还分离得到α-菠甾醇(7);α-菠甾醇-3-O--βD-葡萄糖苷(8);角鲨烯(9)和远志糖醇(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically study the chemical components of the aerial parts of Polygala sibirica in the leaves of Polygonaceae. Methods: Separation was performed using various column chromatographic methods, and spectral structures were used to identify the structures of the compounds. Results: 10 compounds were isolated and identified, of which 6 were keto compounds, respectively 6-hydroxy-1,2,3,7-tetramethoxy ketone (1); 1,2,3,6,7 - pentamethoxy ketone (2); 1,7-dihydroxy-2,3-methylenedioxy ketone (3); 1,7-dihydroxy-2,3-dimethoxy ketone (4) ; 1,3,7-Trihydroxy-2-methoxy ketone (5); 1,6,7-Trihydroxy-2,3-dimethoxy ketone (6). In addition, α-spinasterol (7); α-spinasterol-3-O-βD-glucoside (8); squalene (9) and polygalanol (10) were also isolated. Conclusion: Compounds 1~10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
