目的对辽细辛(Asarum heterotropidesFr Schmidt.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.)地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和NMR波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(10bS)8,9-dihydroxy-1,5,6,10b-tetrahydro-2H-pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-3-one(1)、尼古丁酸(nicotinic acid,2)、5-羟甲基糠酸(5-hy-droxymethyl-furoic acid,3)、琥珀酸(succinic acid,4)、山奈酚(kaempferol,5)、山奈酚3-O--βD-吡喃葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O--βD-glucopyranoside,6)。结论化合物1~3为首次从细辛属植物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从辽细辛中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical components of aerial parts of Asarum heterotropides (Fr Schmidt. var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag.). Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and NMR spectral data. As a result, six compounds were isolated and identified as (10bS)8,9-dihydroxy-1,5,6,10b-tetrahydro-2H-pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolin-3-one(1), nicotinic acid, respectively. (nicotinic acid, 2), 5-hy-droxymethyl-furoic acid (3), succinic acid (4), kaempferol (5), kaempferol 3-O- -βD-glucopyranoside (kaempferol-3-O-βD-glucopyranoside, 6). Conclusion Compounds 1~3 were isolated from the plants of Asarum for the first time. Compound 5 was isolated from the asarum for the first time.
