住房反向抵押对于我国老年人来说还属于一个新兴的词语,但在其他发达国家,却早已是趋于完善的一个体系。住房反向抵押可以让老年人在仍然居住在原有房屋的基础上按月或按年拿到相应的费用,身后房产归相应的机构所有。这样可以减少子女的压力,也可以让老年人有相对舒适的晚年,这是一种新型的养老模式。但在我国农村地区却不能实施,其中有我国传统观念的影响也有很多政策的限制。
