奖金,是社会主义制度下对广大劳动者超额劳动的一种报酬和奖励,是贯彻按劳分配的—种补充形式。从五十年代到六十年代,我们就是运用这种形式激发广大群众的社会主义积极性,奋力为社会主义建设贡献聪明才智和力量的。它对于促进六十年代初期国民经济的调整,鼓励职工克服困难,推动国民经济发展起了很大的积极作用。后来,被林彪、“四人帮”的“政治冲击一切”给冲掉了,变成了固定的附加工资。粉碎“四人帮”后,从1978年五月份起,逐步恢复了奖金制度。在贯彻“调整、改革、整顿、提高”的方针中,随着经济管理体制改革的试点,国家对奖励制度的改革,也从多方面进行了试点。力求把奖金的提取
