B_(17)(苦杏仁甙,amygdalin, Laetrile)对癌症患者的疗效,国外文献报告,谓:“此药对癌症治疗无姑息作用”。1976年我们曾使用过B_(17),观察到对癌症患者的症状有一定的缓介作用。81年10月起,我们使用黑龙江医药工业研究所供给的药物,重新进行临床观察,发现对癌性胸水有一定程度的控制和缓介作用,由于药物不多,收治了10例,能参与评价者仅5例。
The efficacy of B_(17) (bitter amygdalin, amygdalin, Laetrile) on cancer patients was reported in foreign literature, saying: “This drug has no palliative effect on cancer treatment.” We used B_(17) in 1976 and observed some moderate effects on the symptoms of cancer patients. From October, 81, we used the medicines provided by the Heilongjiang Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry to re-observe the clinical observations and found that the cancerous pleural effusion has a certain degree of control and palliative effect. Since there are not many drugs, 10 patients were admitted and can participate in the evaluation. Only 5 cases.
