我省有大量的地下人防工程和山洞,常年温湿度恒定,适宜发展食用菌栽培事业。自1984年以来,我们利用地下人防工程开展了以双孢蘑菇为主的大面积栽培试验,就拿我们在石家庄市利用的一段地下人防工程来说,洞内常年温度12~14℃,空气湿度90~95%,这样的条件有利于双孢蘑菇子实体生长发育,但菌丝生长最适温度23~25℃,洞内温度显然太低,如何提高料温,使之更有利于双孢蘑菇菌丝的生长,我们采用了地热线加温的方法,现将试验结果介绍如下:
