报告兔眼角膜与结膜用0.25当量的氢氧化钠0.5ml接触30秒钟后用20ml盐水冲洗。双眼每天检查,并用广谱抗菌素眼膏治疗。此外,治疗组用抗坏血酸皮下注射(动物每公斤体重给0.5g)。受伤眼表现为结膜水肿、充血及整个角膜糜烂。49只兔眼缺损的角膜上皮平均12.1±0.7天内愈合。31只兔眼未用抗坏血酸治疗。当上皮刚复益基质时,对角膜各层及房水的新陈代谢作了研究。碱烧伤后,角膜基质中的抗坏血酸含量减少。平均从4.8±2.4μmol/g湿重降至1.0±0.08μmol/g湿重。但是在房水及角膜上皮中未见明显降低。抗坏血酸治疗12天后发现50只兔眼房水抗坏血酸含量为正常的2倍(2.0±0.04),但21只兔眼角膜基质的抗坏血酸量仍见减少)1.6±
Reported rabbit cornea and conjunctiva with 0.25 eq 0.5 ml of sodium hydroxide contact for 30 seconds and rinsed with 20 ml of saline. Eyes checked daily, and treated with broad-spectrum antibiotic ointment. In addition, the treatment group was subcutaneously injected with ascorbic acid (0.5 g per kilogram body weight of the animal). Injured eyes showed conjunctival edema, congestion and the entire corneal erosion. Corneal epithelial defects in 49 rabbit eyes healed on average within 12.1 ± 0.7 days. Thirty-one rabbits were not treated with ascorbic acid. When the epithelium just rebuilt matrix, the corneal layer and aqueous humor metabolism were studied. After alkali burns, the ascorbate content in the corneal stroma is reduced. Averaged from 4.8 ± 2.4 μmol / g wet weight to 1.0 ± 0.08 μmol / g wet weight.
