以往诸学者一谈及先秦时期的人性论,莫不以孔、孟、荀之“三段论”为要,且易以善恶之伦理范畴来界定之,然自此一时期简帛的出土,为全面、深入地研究先秦人性论提供了珍贵的文献资料与难得的历史机遇。故文章拟以新近出土之简帛,尤其是郭店简《性自命出》篇为史料基点,对先秦人性论付诸以全新、深入之考查,以图对以往学界对先秦人性论贯之以善恶界定之思维范式有所突破,从而向先秦人性论之整体原貌无限趋近。
