各区、县人民政府,市府直属各单位:为了搞好一九八九年迎春花市工作,现将有关事项通知如下:一、市属七个区各开设一个花市:越秀区设在教育路、西湖路和惠福东路(北京路口至起义路口);荔湾区设存多宝路(西至恩宁路口)和逢源路一段;海珠区设在滨江西路(人民桥头至海珠桥头之间一段);东山区设在东川路;芳村区设在陆居路;黄埔区设在大沙东路;天河区设在广州大遭北东侧。白云区要否开设花市及其地点,由该区人民政府决定。花市开放三天,从一九八九年二月三日起至五日止。二月三日、四日开放至深夜十二
