1 前言 目前,我国钢产量已达到1亿吨,我国的钢材总量不足的矛盾趋于缓解。从1994年钢材消费量和当年各类轧机生产能力作一粗略比较,不难发现除了中厚板和薄钢板生产能力还有些不足外,带钢、无缝管、焊管、型线材生产能力都已超过当年钢材需求量。 据冶金部预测,2000年板带材需求量3819万吨.其中中厚板1585万吨,薄板1740万吨,硅钢片140万吨,带钢352万吨。1995年现有轧机生产能力:中厚板轧机(25套)828万吨,热宽带钢轧机(3套炉卷和8套连轧机)1660万
