研究了热压状态及热处理后Al65Cu20Cr15准晶颗粒增强Al基复合材料在干摩擦时的耐磨性和磨损机制.研究表明,时效时间越长该复合材料的耐磨性越好;退火处理条件下复合材料的耐磨性最好.在干摩擦条件下,该复合材料的磨损机制是以磨粒磨损为主,伴有粘着磨损和氧化磨损.
The wear resistance and wear mechanism of Al-based composites reinforced with Al65Cu20Cr15 quasicrystalline particles after hot pressing and heat treatment were studied. The results show that the wear resistance of the composites is better with longer aging time. The wear resistance of the composites is the best.In the dry friction condition, the wear mechanism of the composites is abrasive wear, with sticking wear and oxidation wear.
