目的了解基层专科医院中药注射剂使用情况,探讨中药注射剂合理使用问题。方法对2004～2006年中药注射剂的用药金额、DDDs进行统计排序。结果中药注射剂的种类与销售金额基本稳定,治疗心脑血管中药注射剂在临床使用中占主导地位,中药注射剂导致的不良反应报告较多。结论马鞍山市妇幼保健院使用中药注射剂合理,治疗心脑血管疾病的中药注射剂占有较大的份额。中药注射剂广泛应用于临床还需进一步加强其有效性和安全性的研究。
Objective To understand the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in primary specialized hospitals and explore the rational use of traditional Chinese injections. Methods From 2004 to 2006, the dosage of Chinese medicine injection and DDDs were statistically ranked. Results The types and sales amount of traditional Chinese medicine injections were basically stable. The treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular Chinese medicine injections predominated in clinical use. There were more reports of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine injection. Conclusion Ma On Shan Maternal and Child Health Hospital, the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections is reasonable, the treatment of cardiovascular disease, Chinese medicine injection occupy a larger share. Chinese medicine injection is widely used in clinical need to further enhance its effectiveness and safety of the study.
