On January 18, 2015, the 2nd China Liquor Science and Technology Conference, hosted by the China Food Industry Association Liquor Specialty Committee, was held in Beijing. The general situation of the development of liquor science and technology work in the past 10 years since the first Liquor Science and Technology Conference was held in 2004 was summarized and analyzed.
