根据三带喙库蚊幼期实验种群动态模型,以及封闭稻池中单世代幼期种群连续取样资料,应用黑箱法对各龄期发育速率和存活率进行模拟估测。整个幼期仔活率为0.26,其中各龄幼虫和蛹的存活率分别为0.85,0.75,0.69,0.80和0.75,完成整个幼期发育的时间为18.33 d。据此建立的封闭稻池中单世代幼期种群模型的模拟结果与取样观察基本一致。
According to the experimental population dynamics model of Culex trituberculatus and continuous sampling data of single-generation population in closed rice ponds, the black box method was used to simulate the developmental rate and survival rate of each age. The whole newborn survival rate was 0.26, of which the survival rates of larvae and pupae in each instar were 0.85,0.75,0.69,0.80 and 0.75, respectively, and the complete developmental period was 18.33 days. The simulation results of single-generation early-age population model in closed paddy soils were basically consistent with the sampling observation.
