深孔、盲孔、筛孔激光加工特种工艺研究是由国家科委下达的国家“八·五”科技攻关计划项目,旨在通过科技攻关全面系统地对激光打孔的普遍规律进行探索和总结,对激光打孔中存在的一些难点问题,如:如何增加打孔的深度,如何提高激光打孔的圆度及孔壁光洁度;如何增大孔的深、径比值,以及在高密度筛极的加工中,如何减少和去除大量的熔融物;如何有效地控制筛板在激光加工中严重的热变形、激光打孔中等
