本文介紹的沙穎河、周口~阜阳段的洪水預报实例,考虑到上游站与区間段来水的各种不同比例情况,分別采用不同的預报方案。这样考虑是正确的。但是本报告中介紹的計算方法則存在有一些問題,因为把用等流綫計算而得的漫流过程綫,看作是河網总入流,而用河網的槽蓄曲綫来作調蓄演算,是不夠恰当的。用等流时綫計算得的漫流过程綫与河網总入流是根本不相同的。河網总入流是指在一定时段內由坡地注入河綱的徑流量的总和,它在时間上及空間上的概念都很明确,所以可以利用其相应的河網槽蓄曲綫来进行演算。而漫流过程綫則不同,它是按固体的移动規律,假定水体在傳播过程中不发生变形作用的情况下,把各个地点,不同时間所产生的徑流,按一定的傳播时間移至出口断面所迭合起来的假想过程綫,沒有具体的空間概念。因此作調节演算时不能应用某河段的槽蓄曲綫。而只能根据計算的漫流过程綫实际流量过程綫来繪制演进曲綫,用以进行演算。

However, there are some problems with the calculation method introduced in this report because the flood process line calculated by the isochronous line is regarded as the total inflow of the river network, and the tank-storage curve of the river network is used as the storage calculation. The total inflow of the river network refers to the sum of the runoff infused into the river from a slope in a certain period of time. Its concept in time and space is very clear, so it can be calculated by using its corresponding river channel sag curve. The diffusive process line is different, it is based on the law of the movement of solids, assuming no deformation of water body in the case of deformation, the various locations, at different times by the runoff, according to a certain propagation time to the exit The hypothetical process lines that are superimposed on the section have no specific spatial concept. Therefore, the adjustment calculation can not be applied to a section of the reservoir curve. But can only draw the evolution curve according to the calculated actual flow process line of the flow process line, which is used for the calculation.
