目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后患肢功能锻炼早期应用赛肤润的效果。方法将68例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(32例)和对照组(36例)。对照组术后按常规进行患侧肢体功能锻炼,观察组在此基础上,将赛肤润液体敷料喷涂于上肢局部并进行局部按摩,每天3次,每次15～30min;按摩后采用自制弹力袖套束缚患侧上肢。观察两组患者患肢水肿发生及患肢功能恢复情况。结果观察组肢体水肿发生率显著低于对照组,其患肢功能(肌力、肩关节外展)显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术后患肢功能锻炼早期应用赛肤润可降低肢体水肿发生率,患肢功能恢复效果好,可以提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of skin-moisturizing on the early stage of limb functional exercise after modified radical mastectomy in breast cancer. Methods 68 cases of modified radical mastectomy patients were divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (36 cases) according to random number table. The control group was routinely performed functional exercise on the affected limbs. On the basis of this observation group, the skin lotion liquid dressing was sprayed onto the upper extremities and subjected to local massage 3 times a day for 15 to 30 minutes. After massage, Sleeve bound ipsilateral upper limb. Observation of limb edema occurred in both groups and limb function recovery. Results The incidence of limb edema in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The limb function (muscle strength, shoulder abduction) was significantly better than that of the control group (all P <0.01). Conclusion Modified limb surgery after modified radical mastectomy can reduce the incidence of limb edema and improve limb function recovery, which can improve the quality of life of patients.
