颅内动脉瘤是常见脑血管疾病之一,由异常血流动力学应力和炎症反应引起的血管壁病理性重构是其主要发生机制。血管内栓塞治疗是目前颅内动脉瘤治疗的主要手段之一,栓塞后瘤颈及血管壁内皮的有效修复和重塑一直是关注的重点与难点。采用细胞治疗,促进损伤组织再生,重塑血管壁完整性,可能改善动脉瘤组织学预后。本文对颅内动脉瘤形成的血管因素和不同类型细胞移植在颅内动脉瘤治疗中的前景进行综述。
Intracranial aneurysm is one of the common cerebrovascular diseases. Pathological remodeling of the vascular wall caused by abnormal hemodynamic stress and inflammatory reaction is the main mechanism. Endovascular embolization is one of the main means of treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Embolic neoplasms and vascular wall endothelial repair and remodeling has been the focus of attention and difficulty. Adoption of cell therapy to promote the regeneration of injured tissue and remodeling the integrity of blood vessel wall may improve the prognosis of aneurysm. This article reviews the development of intracranial aneurysms and other types of cell transplantation in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms prospects.
