濮阳市金堤河二期治理工程是省、市重点水利工程,工程总投资1.18亿元,主要建设任务是清淤长15.65千米的河道,堤防加培加固和铺设13.37千米的堤顶防汛道路、重建防洪闸和提排站4座、维修提排站1座,重建12座桥梁、维修桥梁1座、水文设施建设和管理单位办公用房建设等,工程涉及濮阳、范县、台前三县及高新区。工程完工后金堤河干流堤防防洪标准将提高到20年一遇,除涝标准提高到5年一遇,将基本解决金堤河存在的防洪除涝问题,为促进濮阳市经济社会发展提供水利保障。工程开工以来,濮阳市委、市政府高度重视,切实加强领导,采取超常措施,强力推进工程进展。

After the completion of the project, the embankment flood control standard for the mainstream Jindi River will be raised to once in 20 years. When the standard for waterlogging is raised to once every five years, the flood control and waterlogging problems existing in the Jindi River will be basically solved, and the water resources will be provided to promote the economic and social development of Puyang City Protection. Since the project started, Puyang municipal government attaches great importance to effectively strengthen the leadership, take extraordinary measures to strongly promote the progress of the project.
