榜样的力量是无穷的。榜样不但可以具体化为一个人,一 件事,也可以是一个学校。 据不完全统计,全国中小学拥有的计算机已达到平均50人1 台。建设校园网的中小学已经达到2.6万所,总投资在6百亿元 以上。而且其中仅有10%——15%左右的学校实际应用较多、效 果较好,而且绝大多数集中在东部经济发达地区。这2.6万所建 有校园网的学校占全国中小学校总数55万的不足5%。至于计算 机和网络进入教室则更滞后。仅仅在各地大中城市的重点中小学 有条件装备多媒体教室(计算机+屏幕+投影机),但大多尚未 接入互联网。究其原因,是对“校园网”、“校校通”和“数字化 校园”建设缺乏规范和标准,没有一个确定的目标,相当数量的 中小学仅仅只有一、两间联网的计算机实验审,或者规模有限的 局域网,并未建成真正意义上的校园网,更谈不上配套的数字校 园建设。 本期封面文章所介绍的几所学校在信息化建设方面都有自己 的特色。让这些鲜活的案例发挥榜样的作用,为大家提供可借鉴 的经验,少走一些弯路,多积累一些成功经验。
