为了对禾叶山麦冬(Liriope graminifolia(Linn.)Baker)进行植物化学和药理活性的研究,应用现代色谱技术对禾叶山麦冬植物的化学成分进行了提取分离,应用HR-MS、1H NMR、13C NMR、1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC和NOESY技术对分离得到的4个化合物进行了结构确证。4个化合物分别鉴定为:(25S)-ruscogenin 1-sulfate-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1)、(25S)-ruscogenin 1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2)、橙皮苷(hesperidin,3)和4’,7-二羟基-5-甲氧基二氢黄酮(4)。其中化合物1为一个罕见的具有27个碳原子骨架结构的新的甾体苷硫酸酯类化合物,并对K562细胞及HL60细胞具有显著抑制作用。
In order to study the phytochemical and pharmacological activity of Liriope graminifolia (Linn.) Baker, the chemical constituents of Ophiopogon japonicus were isolated and purified by modern chromatography. The chemical constituents of Ophiopogon japonicus were analyzed by using HR-MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COZY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY techniques were used to confirm the structure of the four compounds isolated. The four compounds were identified as (25S) -ruscogenin 1-sulfate-3-O-α-Lhamnopyranoside (1) L-rhamnopyranoside (2), hesperidin (3) and 4 ’, 7-dihydroxy-5-methoxyflavanone (4). Among them, compound 1 is a rare new steroidal glycoside sulfate compound with a skeleton of 27 carbon atoms and has a significant inhibitory effect on K562 cells and HL60 cells.
