目的探讨双白术内酯抗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法用水迷宫法检查学习、训练结果;行为学实验结束后小鼠断颈椎处死,取脑组织,匀浆,比色法测乙酰胆碱酯酶含量,观察双白术内酯对记忆障碍模型小鼠的影响。结果显示双白术内酯能有效降低三氯化铝致痴呆模型小鼠脑内胆碱酯酶活性,提高痴呆小鼠的记忆能力。结论双白术内酯可以改善三氯化铝致痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,并显著性降低脑内乙酰胆碱酶水平。
Objective To explore the mechanism of anti-Alzheimer’s disease induced by Alizarinactone. Methods Water maze was used to examine the learning and training results. After the end of the behavioral experiment, the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation. The brain tissue was collected and homogenized. The content of acetylcholinesterase was measured by colorimetric method. The effects of double white atractylenolide on mice with memory impairment were observed. . The results showed that Atractylenolide can effectively reduce the activity of cholinesterase in the brain of rats with dementia induced by aluminum trichloride and improve the memory ability of dementia mice. Conclusion The double white atractylactone can improve learning and memory ability of dementia model mice induced by aluminum trichloride, and significantly reduce the level of acetylcholine in the brain.
