目的:建立白芍中5种成分含量的一测多评法。方法:以芍药苷为参照物,计算芍药内酯苷、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰基葡萄糖、苯甲酰芍药苷、丹皮酚的相对校正因子,并利用相对校正因子计算4种成分的含量,同时外标法测定5种成分的含量,验证一测多评法的可行性和适用性。结果:一测多评法的相对校正因子重现性良好,采用相对校正因子计算得到的16批白芍样品中5种成分的含量与外标法实测值相对偏差均在5%以内。结论:一测多评法可用于白芍药材的质量评价,方法可靠准确。
Objective: To establish a method for multiple determination of five components in Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods: Paeoniflorin was used as a reference to calculate the relative correction factors of paeoniflorin, 1,2,3,4,6-penta-galloylglucose, benzoyl paeoniflorin and paeonol, and the relative correction factor was calculated 4 kinds of ingredients, while the external standard method for the determination of the content of five components to verify a test multiple evaluation of the feasibility and applicability. Results: The relative correction factor of multiple test was good. The relative deviation of the five components in 16 batches of Radix Paeoniae Alba measured by relative correction factor was within 5%. Conclusion: One test multiple evaluation method can be used for the quality evaluation of Radix Paeoniae Alba, the method is reliable and accurate.
