密竹链蚧Bambusaspismiliaris（Boisduval）是为害毛竹秆部的一种新害虫。该蚧在福建三明中村、尤溪一年发生二代。第一代产卵、孵化盛期为7月下旬与8月中下旬，第二代产卵、孵化盛期为11月中旬和翌年5月上中旬。卵量7～165粒。每年5月上中旬和8月中下旬为危害高峰期。
