目的:探讨青年人胃癌的临床特点和提高本病的早期诊断及治愈率。方法:对本组67例青年人胃癌的临床资料、内镜特征及病理特点进行分析、比较。结果:青年人胃癌的部位多位于胃窦及胃体部,病变类型以BorramnnⅢ及BorramnnⅣ型多见,年龄越小,分期越晚。结论:青年人胃癌早期症状无特异性,容易漏诊、误诊,临床医师须提高对本病的认识。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of young patients with gastric cancer and improve the early diagnosis and cure rate of the disease. Methods: The clinical data, endoscopic features and pathological features of 67 young patients with gastric cancer were analyzed and compared. Results: The gastric cancer in young people mostly located in the gastric antrum and gastric body. The types of the lesions were more common in Borramnn Ⅲ and Borramnn Ⅳ types. The younger the patients, the later the staging. Conclusion: The early symptoms of gastric cancer in young people are nonspecific, easy to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Clinicians need to raise awareness of the disease.
