运用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与能谱分析(EDS),研究了Ca含量对Mg-Al-Zn合金铸态与固溶时效态显微组织的影响。结果表明,添加Ca后,合金中出现了Al4Ca相,经过固溶时效处理后均匀弥散分布在基体中,Ca对固溶时效态合金具有良好的晶粒细化效果。
The effect of Ca content on the microstructure of as-cast and solution-aged Mg-Al-Zn alloys was investigated by OM, SEM and EDS. The results show that the Al4Ca phase appears in the alloy after adding Ca, and is uniformly dispersed in the matrix after solution treatment. Ca has good grain refinement effect on the solution-aged alloy.
