目的:探讨1mm高分辨率CT扫描及重建技术对显示耳部结构的实用价值。方法:本文选取50例正常耳,对其中27例进行1mm轴位扫描及二维重建,另23例进行3mm轴位扫描及二维重建,部分进行三维重建,并分组对轴位扫描及冠状面重建图像进行比较。结果:统计学处理后表明采用一定的扫描及重建技术,1mm薄层扫描优于3mm扫描及重建图像。结论:对1mm扫描图像进行二维及三维重建,能够有效地减少伪影,立体地了解耳部结构,提供更多的耳部信息。
Objective: To explore the practical value of 1mm high-resolution CT scanning and reconstruction technique for displaying ear structure. Methods: Fifty normal ears were selected in this study. Twenty-seven of them were examined by 1mm axial scan and two-dimensional reconstruction. The other 23 cases were examined by 3mm axial scan and two-dimensional reconstruction. Three-dimensional reconstruction was performed and the axial scanning and coronal plane Reconstruction of images for comparison. Results: Statistical analysis showed that using certain scanning and reconstruction techniques, 1mm thin layer scanning was better than 3mm scanning and reconstruction images. Conclusion: 2D and 3D reconstruction of 1mm scanned images can effectively reduce the artifacts, understand ear structures in three dimensions, and provide more ear information.
