目的 :比较中药材金莲花的 3种溶媒提取物对细菌抑菌作用的影响。方法 :采用微量稀释法将金莲花 3种溶媒提取物 (水、质量分数 6 0 %和 95 %乙醇 )倍比稀释分别与不同标准菌株培养 ,测定最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 :3种金莲花提取物对所测细菌具有不同程度的抑菌作用 ,水和质量分数 6 0 %乙醇溶媒提取物对革兰氏阳性菌抑菌作用明显大于对革兰氏阴性菌的抑菌作用。结论 :金莲花提取物具有较好的抑菌作用 ,但其黄酮成分不是金莲花的唯一成分。
Objective : To compare the effect of three kinds of solvent extracts of T. chinensis Bunge on antibacterial activity of bacteria. METHODS: Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined by microdilution method. The three kinds of solvent extracts (water, mass fraction 60% and 95% ethanol) were diluted and incubated with different standard strains. Results: The three kinds of Trollius extracts had different degrees of bacteriostatic effect against the tested bacteria. The inhibitory effect of water and 60% ethanol extracts on the Gram-positive bacteria was significantly greater than that of the Gram-negative bacteria. Bacteria effect. Conclusion: The extract of Trollius chinensis has good antibacterial effect, but its flavonoids are not the only component of Trollius.
