本文研究了黄瓜栽培条件下,醋糟、牛粪和菇渣不同体积配比基质(纯醋糟C,醋糟+菇渣CG,醋糟+牛粪CN和醋糟+菇渣+牛粪CGN)脲酶和蔗糖酶活性变化规律及其与基质全氮和有效氮含量间的关系。结果表明,基质脲酶和蔗糖酶活性变化受不同原料配比和黄瓜生长的双重影响。随黄瓜生育期的推进,CG处理脲酶活性一直呈递减趋势,蔗糖酶活性呈前期比较稳定、后期略有上升的趋势;C、CN和CGN处理的脲酶和蔗糖酶活性变化规律比较相似,均呈前期逐渐升高而后期逐渐下降的特征。基质全氮和有效氮含量的变化较为一致,但基质处理间存在差异。C处理二者呈逐渐下降的趋势,而其他3个处理呈前期下降后期上升的动态。脲酶和蔗糖酶活性与氮素含量间的关系受基质处理的影响。CN处理的脲酶活性与有效氮含量呈显著的正相关关系;CGN处理的脲酶和蔗糖酶活性均与全氮含量呈显著的负相关关系,而C和CG处理的酶活性与氮素含量未表现出明显的相关性。

The relationship between urease and invertase activity and nitrogen content is influenced by the substrate treatment. There was a significant positive correlation between urease activity and available nitrogen content in CN treatment. There was a significant negative correlation between urease activity and sucrase activity under CGN treatment and total nitrogen content. However, enzyme activities and nitrogen contents of C and CG treatments did not show A clear correlation.
