目的:探讨不同煎煮方式对银翘散解热抗炎疗效的影响。方法:取116只大鼠随机分为12组,大鼠皮下注射酵母混悬液致热后分别给予不同煎煮时间浓度的银翘散与阿司匹林灌胃治疗,观察大鼠体温变化,并在给药结束做游泳耐力试验,观察各组大鼠耐力情况。结果:0.5 h后大鼠体温除阿司匹林组其余各组均有明显升高,银翘散未起作用(P<0.05)。给药1.5 h、2.5 h后,阿司匹林组大鼠与煮沸3 min高、中浓度组、6 min高、中浓度组大鼠体温有显著下降(P<0.05)。灌胃给药2.5 h、3.5 h后,阿司匹林组、银翘散各浓度组大鼠体温未见明显升高,模型组大鼠体温显著升高,其解热效果明显(P<0.05)。且煮沸3 min、6 min高浓度组大鼠体温明显低于其他银翘散给药组,P<0.05。大鼠给药2.5 h以后银翘散解热作用明显高于阿司匹林解热疗效。煮沸3 min银翘散高、中浓度组与煮沸6 min高、中浓度组耐力程度明显高于其余银翘散给药组。结论:银翘散以煮沸3 min、6 min解热抗炎作用最佳,其解热抗炎机制需进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different decoction methods on antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Yinqiao Powder. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six rats were randomly divided into 12 groups. After the rats were subcutaneously injected with yeast suspension and were induced by heat, Yinqiao powder and aspirin were respectively given to the rats at different decocting times. The changes of body temperature in rats were observed. End of the drug swimming endurance test to observe the endurance of rats in each group. Results: After 0.5 h, the body temperature of rats in addition to aspirin group were significantly increased, Yinqiao powder did not play a role (P <0.05). Administration of 1.5 h, 2.5 h, aspirin group and boiled 3 min high, medium concentration group, 6 min high and medium concentrations of body temperature decreased significantly (P <0.05). After intragastric administration for 2.5 h and 3.5 h, no significant increase in body temperature was observed in the aspirin group and Yinqiao powder groups. The body temperature of the model group increased significantly, and the antipyretic effect was obvious (P <0.05). The body temperature of rats in high concentration group boiled for 3 min and 6 min was significantly lower than that of other Yinqiaoqiao group, P <0.05. After 2.5 h of administration, the antipyretic effect of Yinqiao Powder was significantly higher than that of aspirin. Boiled 3min Yinqiao scattered high, medium concentration group and boiled 6min high, medium concentration group was significantly higher than the endurance of the other Yinqiaoqiao administration group. Conclusion: Yinqiao Powder boiled 3 min, 6 min antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect of the best, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory mechanisms need further study.
