随着我国现代企业制度的建立和完善,通过跨行业兼并、行业联合及资产重组等方式形成的大型企业不断涌现,对我国企业集团相关的财务管理模式要求也有所改变。应该在我国基本国情的基础上,根据企业不同运营环境的具体差异,建立一个科学合理的大型财务管理模式,实现企业集团的科学化管理。本文详细阐述了企业财务管理的概念和特点,从目前企业管理发展的现状入手,分析了我国大型企业财务管理过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
With the establishment and improvement of the modern enterprise system in our country, the large-scale enterprises formed through cross-industry mergers, industry unions and assets reorganization continue to emerge, and the requirements on the financial management models related to the enterprise groups in our country have also changed. Based on the basic national conditions of our country, we should establish a scientific and reasonable large-scale financial management mode and realize the scientific management of enterprise groups according to the specific differences in different operating environments of enterprises. This article elaborated the concept and the characteristic of the financial management of the enterprise. Starting with the current situation of the development of the enterprise management, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of the large-scale enterprises in our country and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
