小儿肺炎常导致机体酸碱失衡使病情加重,临床上只有掌握其变化特点,作出及时准确的诊断,才能进行合理的治疗。本文对115例小儿肺炎进行血气、电解质、血乳酸、阴离子间隙(AG)的同步观察,旨在进一步了解小儿肺炎酸碱先衡特点,尤其重症肺炎乳酸代谢改变,并探讨AG在诊断小儿肺炎酸碱失衡中的作用。对象与方法一、对象(一)对照组:20例2月~3岁健康儿童,来自本院保健门诊,男12例,女8例。(二)肺炎组:115例患儿均来自本院儿内科病
