选择野生红蘑作为提取多糖的原料,采用预处理后的DEAE-52纤维素粉末制成OH-型柱对红蘑中的多糖进行分离纯化,结果表明:在上样量为200mg、洗脱速度为0.5mL/min的条件下洗脱,得到4个主峰,依次为GRPⅠ、GRPⅡ、GRPⅢ和GRPⅣ,其中GRPⅠ出现在水洗脱部分,GRPⅡ、GRPⅢ和GRPⅣ分别出现在0.1mol/LNaCl、0.3mol/LNaCl、1.0mol/LNaCl洗脱部分。经计算,GRPⅠ、GRPⅡ、GRPⅢ和GRPⅣ分别占12.6%、8.7%、22.3%和27.6%。
The wild polysaccharides were selected as the raw materials for extraction of polysaccharides. The pretreated DEAE-52 cellulose powder was used to make the OH- -type column to separate and purify the polysaccharides in the red mushroom. The results showed that when the sample volume was 200mg, Which was eluted at 0.5mL / min. Four main peaks were obtained, which were GRPⅠ, GRPⅡ, GRPⅢand GRPⅣ, of which GRPⅠwas found in the eluted part of water, GRPⅡ, GRPⅢand GRPⅣ appeared in 0.1mol / L NaCl, /LNaCl, 1.0 mol / L NaCI eluted part. GRPⅠ, GRPⅡ, GRPⅢ and GRPⅣ accounted for 12.6%, 8.7%, 22.3% and 27.6% of the total respectively.
