我们最近收治左房心律伴房性并行心律1例,现介绍如下:吉×,男,70岁,因咳嗽,咯痰反复发作20余年,近两周症状加剧,于1983年8月13日入院。既往有肺结核和阿狄森氏病史。体检:清瘦,口唇指甲紫绀,体温36.8℃,血压104/70,颈静脉未充盈,桶状胸,两肺呼吸音低,未闻罗音,心率72次/分,律齐,无杂音,腹软,肝脾未及,两下肢无浮肿。
