本文通过对459名6～15岁中小学生发锌含量的测定及相关因素的调查，运用多元逐步回归分析法探讨了儿童锌营养的影响因素．结果显示．儿童生活环因素（家庭收入，父亲吸烟），儿童饮食习惯．饮食行为（蔬菜进食量，偏食）及腹泻等可能对学龄儿童锌营养造成影响.
In this paper, we measured the zinc content of 459 primary and secondary school students aged 6-15 years and investigated related factors, and used multivariate stepwise regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of children’s zinc nutrition. The results show. Children living ring factors (family income, father smoking), children’s eating habits. Dietary behaviors (eating amount of vegetables, partial eclipse) and diarrhea may affect zinc nutrition of school-age children.
