目的全身麻醉复合胸段硬膜外麻醉对腔镜食管癌根治术患者胃肠功能的影响效果。方法根据不同的麻醉方法,将我院在2018年2月至2019年2月行腔镜食管癌根治术治疗的62例患者作为研究对象,通过随机匹配的原则,将62例患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各31例患者,对照组患者采用传统的全麻,观察组患者则实施全身麻醉复合胸段硬膜外麻醉,观察比较两组患者胃肠功能的恢复情况(排气时间、排便时间、进食时间),观察比较两组患者术后恶心呕吐、肠胀气等情况的发生率。结果观察组患者胃肠功能恢复的情况明显优于对照组患者围生功能的恢复情况
