医院检验科临床检验质量控制可分为三个部分,包括分析前、分析中、分析后。而在整个检验质量控制过程中,分析前质量控制易被忽略,其中有医师检验申请、患者准备、标本采集、标本运送、标本存放等重要环节,一旦处理不好,则会对检验结果造成严重影响,降低准确性。文章通过总结以往临床经验和查阅相关资料,制定了提高思想认识、编写检验医学手册、建立医院HIS-LIS网络信息系统及应用条形码技术、标本验收规范、鼓励积极与各个临床科室相互沟通、注重培训和教育检验医护人员的操作技能等具体措施,加强分析前质量控制,提高检验标本质量,构建和谐医患关系。
