针对岔河集—任邱输油管道防腐层破损后,管道末端未达到阴极保护要求的问题,通过分析反电位保护技术原理及综合保护效果,决定对该管道阴极保护系统实施反电位保护,改造后全程36km的管道全部得到了正常保护电位。应用该技术与建保护站相比可节约大量资金。
Aiming at the problem that the end of the pipeline does not meet the requirement of cathodic protection after the anticorrosive coating of Renhe River in Chahe-Renqiu Oil Pipeline was damaged, by analyzing the principle of anti-potential protection technique and the comprehensive protection effect, it is decided to implement anti-potential protection for the cathodic protection system of the pipeline. The entire 36km pipeline has all been normal protection potential. Using this technology can save a lot of money compared with building a protection station.
