报道了卡拉白鱼全人工繁殖技术要点,即后备亲鱼培育、人工催产、产卵和鱼苗孵化的关键技术。采用鱼类催产药物促黄体释放激素类似物(LRH-A24μg/kg)、马来酸地欧酮(DOM 2 mg/kg)和绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG 0.12 mg/kg),三者混合注射亲鱼,进行人工催产,采用自然受精或人工干法受精,孵化桶流水孵化等方式,卡拉白鱼受精率达97%,鱼苗孵化率83.60%。简述了仔鱼、苗种培育及池塘养殖技术。鱼苗生长阶段采用室内平面槽强化培育仔鱼,投喂蛋黄、豆浆和虾苗饲料,仔鱼10~15 d下塘,结果表明:苗种成活率>85%。
